Introduction
This website is available to benefit eligible employees working for SESAC Music Group
- During Open Enrollment (July 15, 2022 through July 21, 2022), you can review and enroll in medical, dental and vision benefits, which begin August 1, 2022. Once your elections are submitted via the election form located in the Benefits Guide (available in the Benefits Overview section), you can only make changes if you have a Life Event (as outlined on page 3 of the benefits guide).

- Review all your benefits plans, options, and rates for 2022.
- Watch the below educational videos and the recorded Webinar to assist you in making your elections.
- Complete your Election Form found in the back of the SESAC Music Group Benefits Guide no later than July 21, 2022
How To Enroll
- If you're electing benefits coverage for the first time, you must make your elections by completing the election form in your Benefits Guide between July 15, 2022 and July 21, 2022. Coverage will be effective on August 1, 2022
- Your current medical, dental, and vision elections will not carry forward if you don't make a new election.
- If you would like to decline benefits coverage, please complete the waiver section on your election form in your Benefits Guide between July 15, 2022 and July 21, 2022.
- To participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA), you must make an election.
All plan elections must be completed by July 21, 2022. You will not be able to modify or make new plan elections after July 21, 2022, unless you experience a life change event listed on page 3 of your Benefits Guide.
